Our client, a major manufacturer and distributor of outdoor equipment, required a centralized platform for all its data to enhance advanced analytics of customer and business data. Niologic implemented a data warehouse based on Google BigQuery and developed a time series analysis for shipping, along with a machine learning algorithm using Google Cloud AutoML to predict service provider delivery bottlenecks. A dashboard in Google Data Studio was set up for daily monitoring and control of business operations. By integrating and analyzing data from various sources such as eCommerce systems, SAP ERP, and online marketing APIs, the solution improved visibility into customer interactions and enabled precise machine learning models, enhancing delivery times and cost management.
